Hot take but I think this is really bad advice. Sol is cheap as hell, use this time to refine your skills. You can afford to lose money right now but don't put yourself out of the game. I think you absolutely should be on 10-12 hours a day right now especially as a new player but be a spectator. Less is more in todays market but you can afford to lose more right now because sol is cheap. The best traders are made in the bear, I'll continue to preach this. We saw guys like @OnlyLJC come back from the fog and hit a few six figure trades. Opportunities are real right now, you just have to look for them they won't fall in your lap. Fortune favours the bold
