How is it not obvious to this fandom that Loustat is meant to be the lighter, more positive ship of the show, while Devil’s Minion (YES DEVIL YOU READ THAT RIGHT) is meant to be darker, proper dark romance. Their bonds, the way they feel eo is also in direct contrast with eo. One is seen as more euphoric, in almost a holy sense and the other feels like earth has shattered and rapture has come and the world is ending. Why can’t y’all just enjoy things as they come instead of trying to turn them into what they are not? Compare 1x01 to 2x05 and tell me with your whole chest which one is light and which one is dark and be serious about it.
