The “problem” with Rachel Reid is that her sense of humor clearly doesn’t resonate with a lot of you and she kinda talks in interviews as if the audience is other writers not simply fans of Shane/Ilya. Like she’s discussing character work with us when that’s not really the type of content a lot of us are looking for when she discusses the books
