Unpopular opinion but I hate trying to sleep during a thunderstorm with the wind and rain lashing the windows and the thunder cracking, and I do not understand/will not listen to arguments for why it’s supposedly relaxing. I always wake up sore from tensing my body all night.

The cousins my mom pretty much mutually raised with my aunt, who were basically extra siblings to me, who she loved and supported like they were her own kids — thy didn’t come to her memorial service. I’ll never get over that.
