I divorced my husband because my daughter who is his step daughter said he was touching her inappropriately. She was 8 at that time, 15 years later, she's all grown and apologizing that she lied because her biological dad asked her to say that to make me come back to him.

@JarheadFrog I got into both (of the actual good schools, not TCU). Had a bunch of friends going to both. Liked the guys going to A&M better. 30 years later, I still do. Plus I went and got a law degree from Texas. Still get more mileage off the Aggie network.

TCU does not get "casual admissions applications". In other words, students don't apply to TCU & just hope to get it in since our tuition is so high.
Texas A&M & Texas get plenty of those!
