Unfortunately, running isn't for everyone. If you're overweight and don't know running technique, there's a high risk of injury. For example, I know someone who decided to start running (they weren't overweight) and injured their knee this day. It's been hurting for a couple of years now.
In fact, if you're generally healthy, a calorie deficit and normal daily activity (i.e., expending more energy than you consume) will be enough.
Getting back into training mode. What do yall think of my workout look today? It seems like the break did me some good, I guess😅

@nyalinch@Galeocerdotigr1 Walking is fine but running is better, more efficient time wise too. 10-20 minutes of jogging at the end of workouts works like a charm.
@Galeocerdotigr1 I understand perfectly. Due to certain illnesses, I gained a lot of weight in a short time and couldn't lose a single kilo for a year. What I would recommend is walking and cutting calories a little, helps you feel energetic enough and usually works well for weight loss
