@Vbond009 @zealprecious1 There's no one way about it bro. There are loads of factors in play. Some times, it's experience, other times, it's behaviour. Oftentimes, they already even have internal candidates and just want to do "due process"

@zealprecious1 What I know about this is, interviews are more psychological than a show of brilliance. Just make them like YOU. When they love you and it becomes conversational, you’re in regardless of how you perform technically, they’ll make excuses to hire you.

For this UK, you go dey interview, them go ask you question you go dey talk and dem go dey nod head and say “yes yes” brilliant , wow, wonderful, that’s nice … The next day you go hear “Wow you missed by a point” you were so brilliant and we will call you when there is an open space , then go come send your unfortunately after 😭

if you’re employed & haven’t had to apply for jobs in the last year or so, keep your opinions about applying to jobs to yourself. you don’t understand the mental toll it’s taking on people, especially those that are unemployed.
