@SinghManju37713 This seems like a trap. Any good answers should be sent to respective husbands and wives. :P

@LottoLabs So let's say you prompt to hermes to prepare a ppt or build a small app, does it break down the tasks and then do them recursively with qwen27b?

To summarize, can delegate many tasks to it via telegram and just get them done. Can build out systems to test w/ minimal steering and while I’m doing other stuff. I have a full time job, have kids, wife etc. I don’t have a bunch of time to sit down and code or research, LLMs are great but I have to input too much and it takes too much screen time. W/ Hermes’ I can automate a lot and just check progress/steer when I need. I like 27b so much because it’s the first local accessible model that I can actually trust.

As a developer, have you built any real-world products people are using? Either your own product or for a client

Everyone says “AI will take all the jobs.” If that happens… how does this future actually work? No jobs → no income → no spending. So who buys things? Who pays rent? Who keeps the economy moving? What am I missing here?

Hot take: The most valuable dev in 5 years won’t be the best coder… it’ll be the one who understands systems + users. Agree or disagree?

@Szut @thekitze Yea, you get a good codebase with working or almost working. It actually allows you time to think of additional stuff.

@CtrlAltDwayne @thekitze You can just use plan mode and discuss ways to make the code DRY and more coherent. It will advise you with various things and you can choose some. Build - refine - rebuild - finish

@thekitze For my personal projects I've learned to embrace the questionable decisions Codex makes. I measure the quality by the outcome. If it works and isn't full of security holes or perf issues, I embrace the defensive code and other things I wouldn't do if I wrote the code.
