The perk at least, besides reading the original version obviously, is that digital WSJ scan quality is ridiculously high, while the official simulpub sure as hell isn’t. A comparison I took last batch (which is def compressed by being posted here)

@houseprinc3ssa The translated versions are but if I want to read the original in Japanese I have to get a subscription, at least I couldn't figure out a different way last time. It's like 6 bucks a month, I'll live, but ppl don't know how good they have it with mangaplus lol

@ALAIT_Pod I agree that she seems sincere but there’s something off about the way she cultivates the love and affection around her imo, like a, well, cult. If (or rather, when) something sinister manifests it will be because of her influence, intentional or not

@merixhunter I agree something sinister may manifest, but ultimately on the surface it seems that Tyson was tragically just born into the wrong family. A spirit who wants to spread love and cheer inside of their bubble - while very aware of the hellish fate creeping closer step by step

Btw I think Tyson is highly underrated as a future major player, we’ve had so much set-up for her love cult and I think it’ll blow up real quick once the fuse is lit

I know there’s something sinister going on with Tyson’s whole love cult thing but idk Giuliano’s not-birthday birthday party always gets me a little emotional for some reason

@ShiraKage__ It would be crazy for either of those to be true when we’ve been waiting so long for it to be solved but who knows what’s going on in Togashi’s mind, I trust him either way

@merixhunter silent majority user... but i feel like that problem either wont be solved so we will never learn or it will be someone we dont know or we didnt see. so idk about that. but if that person is actually in the room i HAVE TO read the arc from the beginning lol
