This is what I mean when I say lesbianism alienates you from womanhood in a patriarchal society because cishet women often only understand their womanhood in relation to men. You cannot be a woman in a society that makes "being a woman" tied to serving a man.

i hate when people say Fran story won’t represent women. Francesca is for those who tried to live by the rules but failed. but womanhood isnt defined by motherhood or loving a man, and she’ll BEAUTIFULLY represent women whose reality is not socially accepted,even in modern days.
