@packdig has powered $1B+ in GMV, 100M+ shopping sessions, and 10M+ orders since April 2021 (when our first customer went live). Here are my biggest takeaways: ⚡ Speed matters. Brands are quick to overestimate CVR gains and underestimate the value of a team that can move fast. 🌟 Be wary of shiny new objects—ex. "Headless" —One of the biggest mistakes you can make is over-investing and over-engineering if it slows you down (see point 1). 🤑 One-click install apps are both the best and worst thing for your site. There’s a point at which the ROI equation tips in favor of build vs. buy. 🔬 You can overcomplicate anything you want for as long as you want. Getting stuck in that quagmire is a growth killer. 👍 While this approach has been seen in many different lights, 99% of the merchants who choose Pack + Hydrogen are happy. HUGE milestone for everyone in the Pack ecosystem 🚀

I saw this chart by RVNU and it's one the best overviews of funding I’ve seen (doesn’t mean you need to raise money at all of these stages). It doesn’t matter if you're a founder, IC, advisor, etc — understanding where the business is makes your priorities and the value you provide crystal clear. Thank you to whoever put this together. GOLD.
