3) We have mapped their transaction history, which includes funds now locked in 8 exchanges. 4) We have aligned our projects to offer the Hacker a bounty worth 10% of the stolen funds if they return the remainder.

Why now? 1) Blockchain tracking technology has come a long way and we have a lot more information on the hacker than we did in 2017. 2) We're inspired by the recent @PolyNetwork2 recovery. And like the Poly hacker, it's almost impossible for ours to wash the remaining funds.
