There are two categories: those who surrender and those arrested. Arrest/guilt: In war zones, people get picked up based on suspicion, intel, or proximity. Not everyone detained is guilty. That’s why we have courts. Evidence must be tested. If you have proof someone is a killer, take it to the Federal Ministry of Justice. They prosecute under the Terrorism Prevention Act.

so you’ve had extensive discussion like this and you go on to tweet at him the way you did? nah you’re so despicable

You quoted my tweet with an introductory message from 2022 @Tunde_OD then blocked me, to prove that I was "famzing" you. Also share how you were explaining yourself. When you're ready, you'll go and remove that 5 mins Davido album you sent. I didn't listen to it.

You've said repeatedly that if your guys fuck up, even if you can't defend them, you'd not throw them under the bus publicly If you considered Tunde a friend, whom you've interacted with privately, the honourable thing after his visit to the president was to talk about it as supposed "friends" and whatever reservations you had was supposed to remain in the DMs But what did you do? You ran commentary on him for days and fed him to the mobs. But that didn't stick Unprovokedly, you did the same by mentioning his name with associations he hasn't publicly declared membership of and the mobs ran even more vicious commentary on him The two darkest attacks he has had on this platform were midwifed by you. And you have repeatedly said it's because of his association with Tinubu! So why say again that your repeated attack on him were not because of politics! Again, if you considered him a friend and you had even the tiniest of respect for whatever relationship you had, you could have been more honourable Now you're expecting him to be the "bigger person"
👑S.A.L.A.K.O🕊@UnkleAyo

Despite the intense back and forth, I didn't even share screenshots of our conversation. It is a line I never cross. Most of the hardline APC accounts you see attacking me, have been in my DMs before. Regardless of TL insults, I NEVER share DMs. Me and this guy have spoken extensively on Twitter before AND WhatsApp. You know how stupid you have to be to screengrab a small portion of our interaction to score points. You dey explain yourself give small man?

MILITARY DESTROYS ISWAP WATERWAY LOGISTICS NETWORK IN DEVASTATING PRECISION STRIKES, NEUTRALISES SCORES IN LAKE CHAD Troops of the Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in sustained offensive operations conducted in the night of 21/22 April 2026, delivered devastating precision air strikes that dismantled ISWAP terrorist logistics networks along the Lake Chad waterways around the Kaniram Island axis in Northern Borno State. Acting on credible Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) inputs, OPHK air assets established persistent overhead presence and confirmed the concentration of over 30 terrorist boats and associated terrorist elements coordinating movement and resupply activities. Target validation and positive identification were carefully achieved, ensuring high targeting fidelity prior to engagement. Following deliberate confirmation in line with Rules of Engagement, OPHK executed well-coordinated precision strikes that destroyed several boats and disrupted the terrorists’ logistics hub. This immediately degraded their mobility and ability to sustain operations. Real-time ISR enabled rapid follow-on strikes on fleeing and regrouping elements within nearby vegetation, leading to the neutralisation of over 30 terrorists. Surviving elements were observed escaping in disarray, reflecting a breakdown in their cohesion and command structure. In a related engagement at Sowolwolo in the Sambisa Forest axis, additional precision guided strikes was conducted following target fidelity acquisition with Partners. The strike took out 3 terrorist Gun trucks and neutralised more terrorists within the vicinity. Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), supported by post-strike intelligence, confirmed significant enemy losses, with evidence of mass burial activities especially by ISWAP elements in the Mallam Fatori axis further underscoring the scale of attrition inflicted. Ground forces are currently exploiting the effects of these strikes to dominate adjoining areas and prevent any reconstitution by fleeing elements. These operations highlight OPHK’s sustained offensive pressure and effective air–land integration in dismantling terrorist networks, degrading their capabilities, and denying them freedom of action across the Joint Operations Area. The Military High Command commends troops for the impressive battle performance and urged them to sustain aggressive operations to dominate the battlespace. OPHK will continue to maintain relentless pressure on all terrorist elements until they are decisively defeated. SANI UBA Lieutenant Colonel Media Information Officer Headquarters Joint Task Force. Why are you clapping for only Tunde? clap for me too na “I drive impact” “I’ve taught 10000 children”. Envy is such a tasteless demon, so you had this thought process, typed it, & posted it. Sadly, the validation of all those “likes” will not let you heal.

I wasn't even 20 yet when I started driving impact. The students I taught in schools & tutorial centres, bet '11 & '15 would eclipse 10,000. Around Sango, I was a big name in the sciences. The ex UI SUG President who is now a notable lawyer, I taught him from JSS 3 to SS3.

WALE EDUN, FORMER FINANCE MINISTER, AND MUSA DANGIWA, HOUSING MINISTER, RESIGNED; THEY WERE NOT SACKED   Former Finance Minister and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr Wale Edun, duly tendered his resignation from office, citing health reasons, before President Bola Ahmed Tinubu announced his replacement on Tuesday. Also, the former Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, similarly resigned and thanked the President for the opportunity given him to serve in the Federal Executive Council. Edun, who clocked 70 on Monday and has battled recent ill health, fittingly submitted his resignation letter on his birthday, thanking the President for the opportunity to serve Nigeria. “It has been a pleasure and privilege to serve your administration and the Renewed Hope Agenda”, his letter read.  “Under your leadership, Nigeria has emerged stronger, more resilient and more internationally respected. “I wish you and the administration every success in the future”, he wrote. On Tuesday, before the Office of the Secretary of the Government of the Federation announced his departure from the Cabinet, Edun paid a valedictory visit to the President at the Villa. He held an hour-long discussion with the president and then left to focus on his private businesses. Dangiwa, an architect, previously served as the managing director of the Federal Mortgage Bank between 2015 and 2022, as well as  Secretary to the Katsina State Government, before President Tinubu appointed him as housing minister in August 2023. Edun, an economist and investment banker, served as Lagos State commissioner for finance between 1999 and 2004, during the tenure of then Governor Bola Tinubu. Before then, he worked from 1980 to 1986 at Chase Merchant Bank (later Continental) in Lagos. He joined the World Bank in September 1986 through the elite Young Professionals program, where he worked on economic and financial packages for several countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.  In 1989, he co-founded Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (now Stanbic IBTC) and served as executive director. In 1994, he founded Denham Management Limited, which has since become the Chapelhill Denham Group. He served as chairman from 2008 to 2021. President Tinubu has expressed deep appreciation to Edun and Dangiwa for their dedicated service and significant contributions to the administration’s economic reform programme and wished them continued success in their future endeavours. In the same vein, the President has urged the new Minister of Finance, Taiwo Oyedele, to consolidate ongoing reforms and advance the administration’s fiscal and economic objectives with renewed focus, discipline, and innovation. President Tinubu will shortly send the ministerial nominee for housing, Muttaqha Rabe Darma, also from Katsina, like Dangiwa, to the Senate for confirmation.   Bayo Onanuga Special Adviser to the President (Information & Strategy) April 22, 2026

This imbecile @UnkleAyo said he’s better than Tunde because he taught as a tutor in jamb lessons he was paid for! SALAKO is almost 40 years old, still getting hyped for knowing how to abuse people like some primary school boy! SALAKO, you can’t stop greatness, it’s beyond you!
Vincent The Therapist@mrhighfoster

He is 31 years old At nine months old, a failed measles injection by a local nurse caused avascular necrosis, leading to lifelong hip pain and leg weakness until his hip replacement surgery Four of his siblings died in childhood (likely related to sickle cell trait in the family), making his survival a "statistical miracle" At age 10, he dropped out of school due to poverty but returned after his mother worked as a cleaner for six years to pay his fees He learned chess as a kid at a local barber's shop in a Lagos slum while playing video games with friends Barely spoke English when he started secondary school (mostly Yoruba at home) but quickly picked it up from classmates His mother was a petty trader (thrift clothes seller), and his father sold spare parts. They met in a Lagos market Chess helped him develop a strong photographic memory, which he used to cram for exams and survive without parental allowances He became Nigeria's No 13 ranked chess player and earned the National Master title at age 20 He won gold medals representing Yaba College of Technology in the Nigeria Polytechnic Games and the RCCG Chess Championship He also won the National Friends of Chess Tournament and the Chevron Chess Open He got a diploma in computer science and used chess winnings to support himself through school Founded Chess in Slums Africa in September 2018 as a volunteer-driven nonprofit after visiting slums like Majidun The organization has reached thousands of underprivileged kids, including producing a 10-year-old champion with cerebral palsy Tunde Onakoya broke the Guinness World Record for the longest chess marathon (over 60 hours) in Times Square, New York, in 2024 Featured in CNN African Voices for his work Tunde has a younger brother (two years apart) He credits chess with saving him from slum poverty and giving him an "intellectual identity" He once simultaneously won 10 chess games at the DLD Conference in Germany First African to win the Lideramos Youth Award for Social Impact in Spain. Won the Corporate Chess Championship in Malawi with a perfect 7/7 score Tunde dreams of building the world's biggest chess institute in Nigeria . . . . Tunde Onakoya has brought attention to Africa through Chess. He started teaching chess at a younger age to children. I'm talking of around 2013/2014 when he was meeting at parks around Lagos State, just to teach kids in the open (mostly after work hours) . . Today, I am more interested in telling you more about him, and how he has also risen from a place of deep poverty and struggles. He has done soooo much for people and it's only expected that these past impacts would show on him as well You might have your reservations about him, but you cannot downplay how he used the game of chess to bring great changes to children's lives. . . A lot of children now have access to education, purpose and meaning, thanks to Chess. You are also part of his story. Tunde didn't do all these alone. Your support, your accolades, your retweet, your reposts, everything So look at the bigger picture. Think of the kids whose lives have changed from taking alcohols and drugs on the streets of slums, to having regulated mental health and more purpose driven lives, due to Chess and the opportunity it brought. . . . . Tunde can't certainly please everyone, and yes, there might be actions that many people would attribute to him being human. But if children would smile again, because he created an opportunity for them to have their smiles again.... Then it's one of the best legacies anyone can ever have. And you also can create your own legacy to which nations would applaud, recognise and help preserve 🫂 The sky is big enough for you, I and Tunde to shine and shine bountifully well ❤️ . . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist
