最近鉄拳の大会やイベントなどで知り合いや鉄拳のファンの方々に｢鉄拳どうやってうまくなる？｣って良く聞かれますが、日本語がまだ不自由なために毎回ちゃんと答えられてないのが申し訳なくて文章に自分の鉄拳に対しての価値観をまとめてみました。 鉄拳で上達するうえで一番大事なのは、「強い人にワンチャン勝てる力」ではなく、「自分より下だと思っている相手に絶対に負けない力」です。 たとえば、いくらArslan Ashやノビに対して勝率が良くても、他の相手に安定して勝てなければあまり意味はありません（※インビテーショナル大会のような特殊な形式を除いて）。 だからこそ、強い人や自分が理想とするプレイスタイルの人とひたすらプレマや野試合をすることは、キャラ練度や集中力の向上にはつながりますが、それだけで大きくレベルアップできるとは限りません。 つまりランクマッチで、皆が良く言ってる「こいつの鉄拳クソ」「こいつの鉄拳しょーもない」と感じる様な自分が認めてないタイプの相手にしっかり安定して勝ち切れるようになることが、鉄拳上達への一番の近道だと思います。
