I’ve been mixing music for other artists for over 15 years, and there’s still stock pro tools plugs I use on every mix.

What an excellent book... I get why it won a Pulitzer Prize. If you're looking for an engrossing read, give it a go. Despite much of the heartbreaking plot, I absolutely adored all the Appalachian idioms. The audiobook version, narrated by Charlie Thurston, is incredible as well.
