Lots of people assuming I’m commenting on the general discourse. I’m just commenting on this African engagement farm’s post, in that the initial stripping of her autonomy was not intentional. What he does after making the wish is not consequential to what I said.

@sentrapilot Phone guy knows exactly what his wish was, he hears Nikki screaming, she tells him it’s not her and asks to be killed, stabs herself with a bottle, and he still does nothing. It’s only when someone dies and he thinks he will face consequences that he try’s to do anything.

@sentrapilot did you watch the movie? there is multiple moments where he should have noped out but chose to constantly keep her in hell. Everyone i think could excuse the wish stick.

The movie OBSESSION exposes how cowardly some men can be when it comes to handling rejection. Instead of being bold enough to ask a woman out, they choose another route that doesn’t involve them doing it directly If Bear had simply asked Nikki out, none of this would have happened. The worst she could’ve said was NO
