Every animal and insect in Australia has evolved to eat you, bite you in half, strangle you, inject you with poison, suck your blood, punch you, divebomb from the sky, send you into a coma or, at the very least and only if in a good mood, just take a limb or two. @theprojecttv Until nursing unions & professional bodies push for work value cases, nursing will continue to accept mediocre wages and conditions in comparison to the level of clinical responsibility they carry. The also doesn’t absolve nursing itself from creating a better working environment

Why are PAs always going on about how they're trained in the "medical model like doctors" when real medical school and training has followed the biopsychosocial model for DECADES, lol?!

@_rachelwonder @impolitebi If I recall, the PBS site has a medicines status page so you can see if the company has applied to be listed and if so what stage they are at.

Disability discrimination is still a huge issue in both paid and volunteer employment. This is an example of the hurdles and wilful obstruction that people who openly declare their disabilities have to constantly deal with.
