@Sofology I wait 16 weeks for my sofa and waited in all day yesterday for the arranged delivery, tracked the delivery and it suddenly says we couldn't delivery today, no phone call or reason phoned customer support they couldn't help either #notimpressed

@sofology_help I need help logging into my Online account. Used the temp password to get in & changed the password. Logged out, tried to log in with new password, won't work. Tried temp password, won't work. Tried to reset password, doesn't recognise email. What is going on??

@Sofology worst customer service I’ve experienced in long time. I was supposed to receive my sofa suite today however due to YOUR incompetence putting the incorrect delivery address I’m told I won’t get it today, probably not tomorrow and nobody has phoned me back. Disgraceful.

@Sofology A 3 piece suite was bought from your stores, and has sadly become less than fit for purpose within a short period of time. The sofa arm has come away from the sofa. The original purchaser (my father) has unfortunately had to reside in a care home due to illness.

@Sofology £5k spent for Christmas delivery on 12 Dec and our sofas are unusable due to missing plugs. Multiple phone calls, numerous emails, and still no response. This really isn’t acceptable. Please can someone take ownership?

@SofologyUK My 72yr old mum has been waiting on a call since Monday to resolve the THIRD problem she has had with you. After a broken footstool, you have now failed to deliver the wrong arm chair TWICE!! And no one seems bothered about the stress this is causing her!
