Booked an Bharat Gas LPG cylinder at 11.45 AM today and it was delivered at my doorstep by 1.30 PM. Without any extra cash or charges. I asked the delivery guy, is there any shortage. His reply was in negative.

30 days since LPG cylinder booking and still no delivery. If there is no supply crisis, why such a huge delay? This is unacceptable. @BPCLimited please take immediate action. #BPCL #LPG

@MoPNG_eSeva I am also filing complaints through the toll-free number, but BPCL is closing the complaints without confirming with me. And every time I have to call again to reopen the case. What is going on in your company?

@MoPNG_eSeva And it’s not like this issue is happening for the first time. Every time I book a cylinder, I end up spending 1 month on Twitter and the toll-free number. And your BPCL executive even says that they don’t provide home delivery to anyone, and that I should disconnect the conection

@MoPNG_eSeva And I am wasting one hour of my life every day, sometimes on your toll-free number, sometimes on your website, sometimes filing a complaint on Twitter. In that much time, I could just cook on a stove and eat. Your system is so frustrating.
