Real estate market has slowed quiet a bit the last few months. I’m a firm believer that now is the time to double down and win market share while everyone else backpedals.

Return on time is the most important metric in business. It trumps return on investment every time .

Just because you’ve worked with someone for a long time doesn’t mean you should keep working with them. Contractors, vendors, lenders — if quality drops or priorities shift, you have to audit and upgrade. Loyalty is earned through results. Not history.

One of the biggest lies in real estate: “More deals = more success” Truth is, I’ve seen teams doing 20+ deals/month barely survive. Revenue looks good. Profit is what keeps you in the game. In this high-rate, uncertain market—lean ops and healthy margins matter more than ever

@landmeir Do you build out all of the work flows yourself? Or do you have somebody that builds out the systems?

I pay $6k/year for **@FollowUpBoss**, and it’s worth every penny. It’s not perfect, but most businesses would legit crash without a solid CRM. If you don’t invest in staying organized, you’re building on a shaky foundation IMHO. 🤷‍♂️ Do you agree?

Any guesses on rehab budget for a 1960s all original home that has never traded hands since it was built and has sat vacant for 10 years? 🤣

Just bought our second largest luxury flip in the Las Vegas market. 3/4 of an acre old Vegas home, Rancho Estates, “mob used to run this” kind of neighborhood. One cool thing about doing these old school Vegas homes is there is definitely a ton of history behind each one.
