Not really, because our books are priced at the value they were bought. Meaning that some players were sold less than the value they were bought like Nkunku and Felix, creating a loss vacuum to be filled balancing our books, and if we go into more purchases, it increases our debt.

‼️ Chelsea’s near-£300m in player sales didn’t translate to anywhere near as much as that in player profits, with Christopher Nkunku and Joao Felix in particular likely to have generated a loss rather than a surplus.
