Instagram blocked LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi’s reel and photo post featuring him with Thalapathy Vijay at today’s swearing-in ceremony. Even my same post on this public democratic event was removed.
The reel had crossed 12 million views within an hour, while the photo post had already reached nearly 46 million people before restrictions were imposed under “legal requirements.”
What exactly is so dangerous about visuals from a constitutional swearing-in ceremony?
This raises serious concerns over selective censorship and suppression of Opposition voices in the digital space.
