For the last 4 years, I’ve heard there is a housing crisis. They built building after building in Kelowna. Shitty, ugly apartment buildings everywhere and most of them are empty.
They caused this and now look at what they are gonna do.

so, canada is basically stealing money from Canadians (income taxes), and using that money to prop up the housing market, so they can keep stealing money via property taxes.
i.e, if the housing market crashed, they would get less property taxes, so they using income tax money to keep the housing market from crashing.
