@NOW Now Broadband we’ve had no internet for 11 days. No contact explaining why/when it’ll be sorted. Not only have you taken the monthly payment for a service you’re not providing but you also charged me £3 for the calls I made from my mobile phone to try and get answers! Disgusting!

@NOW Any chance of making the channels and descriptions actually readable for people without perfect eyesight as im sure people with insane eyesight struggle to see it. This is on iPad, it's even poor (readable) on my 60invh TV. Loving the new layout of the apps but this needs fixing
