@digitalfoundry This is not Grace Ashcroft. I’ve generally enjoyed DLSS for the performance and resolution, but this DLSS 5 ai generated filter on character models looks horrible. I’m really surprised by how much you guys are praising it.

@digitalfoundry For anyone having doubts that dlss5 is in fact changing character features and is not just lighting. Her eyes and lips are clearly bigger, apart from other subtle changes.

@digitalfoundry I like DLSS 4/4.5, but this is a direction I absolutely did not want to see it go in with DLSS 5; it's just an AI slop filter and isn't doing its job anymore.

@digitalfoundry this slop is quite literally the worst thing that has happened to PC gaming graphics, because it will LITERALLY destroy original art/designs (see: Grace becoming an entirely different person)
