Why am I sharing this? In 2025, most organizations aren’t run on meritocracy. Other factors like internal politics or HR bs take precedent. At @DefiLlama, everyone drives results and has the opportunity to grow accordingly. At a lean, bootstrapped startup you can’t afford to not run on meritocracy. Speed matters and results matter.
