*Sebenza Substation, Observatory Feeder*: Operators have managed to restore 85% of the power supply. The team will be attending to three load centres including Bruma, Observatory, and Dewetshof that are still off.
The outage resulted from attempted cable theft and affects customers in Malvern, Observatory, Bruma, Kensington, Cyrildene, Kensington South, De Wetshof, Houghton Estate, Yoeville, Bezuidenhout Valley, and surrounding suburbs.
