I really wish X would fix blocking. Right now, when you block someone, you can't see their content which is fine but they can still see all of yours. That makes zero sense The whole point is to create distance. Yet they can still scroll through my posts, screenshot me, and stay in my business. How is that real blocking? If I block you, my profile and posts should disappear from your view completely. No loopholes, no "view as logged out" workarounds. That's how every other major platform handles it, and it's common sense. X has made huge improvements, but this is one of those basic user-safety features that still feels half-baked. Protecting users from harassment shouldn't be this one-sided. Am I wrong, or am I the only one that feels this way?

Yup. You know that term was coined in the late 1990s at pharma-psychiatry circle jerk convention? They clearly didn't want their cash cows tainted with the dirty word, "withdrawal". Anyway, the public never really bought into that term, esp so in the past few years: trends.google.com/trends/explore…

@tylerblack32 So essentially Western medicine is one big guessing game? I’m not being a smart ass, you’re cool about talking to people. But I’ve lost so much faith in Western medicine over the years. So many loved ones harmed. I was harmed.

Quick thread: "How do SSRI's work" 🧵 I've had a few patients ask me how SSRI's work. To be clear, my first answer is "well we know they are supposed to block serotonin reuptake, but it's not that simple and we don't really know." But, if you want the best 2026 science... /1

You head to breakfast at the cruise ship buffet… and this is the line. 😳 Wearing pajamas to the buffet is NOT okay. I don’t care if it’s a cruise, hotel, or resort, throw on real clothes before you stand shoulder-to-shoulder with everyone else’s breakfast. It’s called basic respect. We’re all on vacation, but the buffet isn’t your living room. Be honest… would you wear this to the buffet line? Or am I the only one who thinks this needs to stop?

Democrats want certain humans beings to be “managed.” But, certain groups of people are now facing extreme adversity and deadly consequences from policies. They know exactly what is going on, allowing the sadism. They relish in it. They are worse than Republicans.

People can be exposed to silica dust for years before Silicosis shows up. “Fine so far” isn’t proof of long-term safety. Same goes for pharmaceuticals.

The COVID cover-up goes all the way to the top. Fauci funded the Wuhan lab. Senior intelligence officials hid classified evidence from the president himself. Scientists were silenced. Millions paid the price. The DOJ has until May 11th to prosecute Fauci before the statute of limitations runs out. I am not letting this go. The American people deserve justice.

The more someone has something to lose, the more they would lie to keep it. What is psychiatry afraid to lose? Their profits, authority over others, public image, relevancy etc. what will they do to keep it? They'll lie, brainwash, psyop, deny, gaslight and cover up the truth.

SSRI (antidepressants) are an attack on life. People tell me they look at their children and know they love them but can't feel it. ... That touching their partner feels no different than touching a stranger's elbow. These drugs can sever the neurological wiring for love, pleasure, and connection. This isn't a side effect—it's an assault on the human soul.

@ACsomenumbers Agreed it's why I do these posts. My idea is to provide perspectives. Maybe some of it will catch on and encourage others to look at the issue from different vantage points.

Funny how for many years psychiatry said withdrawal (or the "discontinuation syndrome" euphemism) only lasted *two weeks* and anything beyond that is a relapse of original condition. Seems to be a very convenient coincidence that for a depression diagnosis the person needs to experience symptoms for at least two weeks.
