Just came out of Lidl and saw a woman crying her eyes out. She was explaining to people that she’d lost all of her Xmas spending money and didn’t know how she would be able to afford everything! I felt really sorry for her and gave her £50. I don’t normally do this sort of thing but I had just found £2000 in the car park! It doesn’t hurt to be kind at this time of year!

Please Re-tweet 💚 For every high in life, unfortunately there's a low in life. I have been through hell of alot in life, more than people can see trust me I have been to hell and back. There has been times I have hit rock bottom, and I mean Rock bottom, which is absolutely perfect, I am made up of Blood and Bones aswell just like you reading this, I am "Human". Thankfully I have never needed to receive counselling, take antidepressant meds etc 🧠 Talking to people and helping people out, that is my medication. For others it might be, going to the gym, reading, going for a walk, sometimes its just occupying your mind doing something, just to escape that voice inside your head that's doubting you, bringing you down. I have alot of time to think and I know better than anybody that the voice inside your mind can be your biggest enemy if you let it to. Maybe it's because of what someone said, your self conscious about your weight etc. This should motivate you if anything, like I have said before people who try and bring you down are already lower than you 👇👇 If you're walking down the street and you saw a person with a disability, you can see it that theres something wrong with them. On the other hand if you're walking down the street and there was someone that looked like the happiest person in the world, you can't see Inside their head they could be fighting the biggest battle at home etc.. everyone has their own war going on. It takes 2 seconds to ask someone if they are okay, as crazy as it sounds it could save a life 🙏❤️ #ifyoucantstandupstandout
