Delays and inefficiencies due to short-staffed bodies which make up the criminal justice system - police, the bar, CPS, probation, prison service are all threadbare and one mistake from any of them scuppers the hearing..

Having to watch an axe murder, over and over and over again. The biggest change in covering court in 25 years is now you now watch murders in glorious HD, from various angles. I'm a VHS Faces of Death veteran but it must be taking its toll #journalism
