So, you can openly support the lgbt in the nba and that’s fine, but you can’t openly be against the lgbt? Interesting.

Meet the Robinsons was released 19 years ago. It was one of Disney’s first films after acquiring Pixar. The central message “Keep Moving Forward” comes from a Walt Disney quote, tying it directly to the philosophy behind Disney’s own creative legacy.

I think the hardest part of the current political climate is realizing how many people are actually just evil. Not misinformed or uneducated... just openly and happily enjoying other people's suffering.

This woman said: Y’all my sons’ best girl friend came over to hang today and the minute she walked in the door she hugged me and said into my ear: I need to talk to you in private. Ok girly. Y’all, she started her period this morning for the first time and her Mom is out of town with the military and she told her older sister, but she didn’t want to ask her Dad for pads. I only have boys. And they knew something was up, and she kind of danced around it for a bit then told them. Y’all when I tell you we ---

In 1998, fans paid full price for a ticket to Meet Joe Black, watched the 2-minute Star Wars trailer before the film started, and walked out before a single scene played. Some did it multiple times in one day. That level of anticipation for a movie where the audience already knows the ending. The prequels were the first major franchise to bet everything on dramatic irony as the product. You're not watching to find out what happens. You're watching to find out how it happens to him. John Williams understood this better than anyone. When he composed Anakin's theme, he wrote a sweet, innocent melody for a child on a desert planet. Then he buried fragments of the Imperial March inside it, so quiet most audiences didn't consciously register them. The foreshadowing was compositional. You felt Vader coming before you could name why. That's what this poster does in a single frame. Every other blockbuster poster sells you on what you're about to discover. This one sells you on what you already know. The boy can't see his own shadow. You can. And that gap between his innocence and your knowledge is the entire emotional engine of a three-film trilogy. 27 years later and it still works because dramatic irony never expires. The audience knows. The character doesn't. That's the oldest storytelling engine in human history, and they fit the whole thing into one image.

Because Houston & Los Angeles always had their own stars before the national audiences and will still show love because homegrown love will last longer. Major before the deals. Bay Area is the same. Louisiana also. Reason why Boosie and Juvie hits still in rotation
