Entweder er hat etwas getan, was die Staatsanwaltschaft auch beweisen kann, dann ist es ihr zumutbar innerhalb von Wochen eine Anklage vorzulegen und dem Gericht ist es zumutbar, sie zu verhandeln, oder es liegt nichts vor, was dafür ausreicht, dann handelt es sich schlicht um illegale Freiheitsberaubung, Amtsmissbrauch und Willkür.
