Somebody asked👇 Location based storage clearly handles jurisdiction for data at rest. But what about data in use? What prevents the system from storing data in one region while access or delivery leaks outside it? Great Question! LBSS is designed to enforce geographic constraints at the storage layer 🌍. Storage nodes are tied to declared regional metadata, and data placement follows those boundaries. Storage integrity is enforced through cryptographic proofs 🔐 so nodes cannot fake where or how data is stored. But enforcement does not stop at storage. CESS also operates a decentralized CDN layer that applies region aware routing policies. When data is requested, routing is constrained to nodes within the permitted boundary. This reduces cross border leakage during delivery. To strengthen integrity further, TEEs are used in the proof generation process🛡️ They ensure storage proofs cannot be manipulated or falsified by storage nodes.
