Sitting in Christie’s waiting for a blood test. Need to make sure my blood is clotting properly ahead of tomorrow’s liver biopsy. I’m not going to lie, I’m not looking forward to tomorrow, but I know is I just need to man up as usual! 😬😖😩🤞🏻

Curveball… So it turns out I have a new primary bc. It’s HER2+ (original bc is Er+). This could be why my liver hasn’t been responding to treatment, because it’s a different type. This could open up new lines of treatment. 🤞🏻 When did a cancer diagnosis become good news?! 😮🤞🏻

Feeling a bit sorry for myself today. I feel like cancer is a great big bag that I’m dragging around every day, that just constantly gets in the way of everything. I just want to walk away from it, even if it’s just for one day! 😩

Today, I met with a lovely nurse at the hospice to start writing cards to the girls to go with the flowers I’ve bought them for future birthdays. I can honestly say it is hands down the hardest thing I have ever done in my entire life. I just don’t want to leave them. 💔 💔💔
