EQUINOX ENERGY UPDATE Dear All, We are now within hours of the Equinox and what many of you are feeling right now is real, your not imagining it. It is the final stage of a pressure cycle that has been building over many days now. The head pressure, the exhaustion, the emotional waves, the strange body sensations, the dizziness, the fog, the sudden overwhelm followed by moments of clarity. Thanks friend. Willing to try just about anything. Actually feeling a little relief even talking about it as been carrying this around for awhile wondering wtf and it’s been progressively eating away at me. Defo going to follow up with an MRI this week and give it the proper attention. It’s really pretty bad man and I can’t downplay it like I have been. 🥹

I am really okay. I just wear my heart on my sleeve. I have never been very good at hiding my feelings and always been a terrible liar. I am actually doing really well in my spirit. I actually feel like my child self inside, before the world left its marks and innocence made way for self protection. The physical pain weighs on me the most but I am determined to persevere and give back to the world again. Honestly, the biggest thing I have learnt from all of this is to simply keep letting go and keep in the flow. I had big plans of what my life was supposed to be like by now but don’t we all.
