@ApathyChicken Word. I'm having this discussion every other day with various devs who're tax evading (most of them unknowingly) and get quite hostile when I ask to sign a contract for my work so I can legally declare and tax my income.

So many Roblox devs don't understand taxes and it makes it very difficult to hire. As a law-abiding business, you MUST either collect a TIN OR withhold 20-30% (depending on the country) for taxes. Just because most people on the platform tax evade doesn't mean I want to!

It's so genuinely hard to find professional developers who want to work hard. I find it very difficult to find new developers who are overage, willing to work, and consistent. We pay good commission rates too. DM ME IF YOU WANT TO WORK PLEASE!
