自分ではわかっていたけれど、念のために病院へ行ったら案の定「ウイルス性胃腸炎」でした。
今朝はもう長い暗闇のトンネルを抜けた感はあり、強い倦怠感もないんだけれど、ものすごく体力がないｗ
車を運転してあちこち行ったり、誰かと話し続ける自信がない。
なので今日もお仕事お休みです。
