The song "One Day Like This," originally recorded for the 20th Anniversary episode with Adrian Lewis Morgan on lead vocals and the cast as the chorus, has been updated with additional lead vocals by Ross McLaren and harmonies by Joanna Bending.

At the end, Zara takes off her stilettos. This is a bookend to Zara’s entrance on the show, where we just saw her shoes as she walked into the Mill for the first time.

Along with our supporting artists, many of the featured extras in the final episodes are members of the crew. Expect the surgeries, the Icon, and St. Phils to be busier than usual!

Did you catch Rosie's final malapropisms? She said "Funky Dory" and "the beagle has landed"!

Jimmi’s earwax story was suggested by our GP advisor, Kristen. She describes it as something she "loves to diagnose" because it can be "completely fixed in one consultation."

Rosie orders Scarlett’s birthday cake but gets her age wrong. The cake is actually for the show, celebrating 25 years of Doctors on the air!

The music playing at the Icon bar is "It's Not Unusual" from the charity ball episode, performed by Dex Lee and Ross McLaren.

A few Easter eggs from yesterday. The guest role of Carson is named after Carson Black, the first producer of Doctors, who established and shaped the series at its inception. Bev is named after Beverley Dartnall, Carson’s successor and our beloved producer for many years.
