@WeNurses I think shifting from the comfort of numbers to focus on the narrative more. There seems to be a misconception that more feedback means better feedback. As long as there is enough to look at themes I'd rather hear from 5 detailed patients stories than 50 surveys.

@WeNurses it always comes back to the 'so what' question for me. We must ensure we use the feedback gained to drive improvements within healthcare. if we do nothing with the feedback given what was the purpose in collecting it! #WeNurses
