@fontfamily oh i forgot abt people not remembering him, ur right it can't be 1:1, just similar. Do you think what happened to Dess could've been a result of Gaster trying to replicate what happened to him and maybe something was different? It seems like a morally green scientist thing to do

@fontfamily Of course Gaster seems to have more control over it but my current headcannon is that he was trapped in the depths just like Dess and had to slowly figure out how to manipulate the code

@fontfamily For me its just that in both cases we don't know what exactly happened and i think it would be weird if theres two instances of someone disappearing and gaining access to the code without it being the same
