@KuKhahil Way out on reaves and I don’t buy that we have interest. Go look at the game we played in Det against them, in the last year or two. Reaves had 11 (or more) TOs I think, couldn’t handle any ball pressure and the pistons were legit laughing in his face. No way he comes here.

Tyler Herro and Austin Reaves are good players, really good players. Idk if they’re good enough players for me to want that defensive liability on the Pistons. Herro especially might be one of the worst defenders in the league who plays legitimate minutes.

Over the past week, I've been accused of being Mormon and/or associated with Bricks and Minifigs more times than I can count for daring to highlight the obvious holes in Reckless Ben's narrative in regards to Bryan Mansell's missing LEGOs. I regret to inform those of you who were hoping to discredit me with these labels that I am neither. I am simply someone interested in shedding light on the actual facts of the matter. My primary goal is to bring attention to the actual culprits of this case: Benjamin and Chrystal Gorman, the previous owners of the Bricks and Minifigs location where Bryan Mansell's LEGO set disappeared. The disgruntled ex-franchisees who racked up a debt of nearly $200,000 before BAM corporate came in and repossessed the store from them - a fact most are unaware of because Reckless Ben inexplicably omitted this critical information from his videos. What makes this information critical you might ask? Well, applying basic reasoning, who is more likely to have committed theft in this scenario: a company that's had a positive reputation among the general public for 15 years and counting or financial delinquents refusing to pay their bills? The answer couldn't be more obvious. Yet the public's rage has been misdirected at a company and individuals who are actually innocent because Reckless Ben is actively conspiring with the true culprits who are using him to provide cover for their crimes. Ben believes he's fighting the good fight by defending little guys being exploited by evil corporate villains -- a narrative he's used as justification to commit a series of crimes and immoral acts -- when the reality is he's been taken for a fool by shameless tricksters. Ben is not a victim though. He has participated in stalking, harassment, defamation, vandalism, doxxing, and more, all of which he's profited from and all while claiming to be the victim of a corrupt system when the consequences for his actions catch up to him. That is the summation of my position for anyone who cares to know it.

@KuKhahil That’s the best way to start. Build up the endurance, then you can start to find/add movements that focus on some specific muscles. TBH - I mostly do laps and just fly, reverse fly laps (no legs for either) and then mix in different treading exercises to focus on legs/core.
