Progression is not just improving a PR. It's so much more to improve. So many just chase the PR’s & can't define what success is for them if you inform them success can't be defined on beating your PR.

Just a group of 55-59 year olds after Day 1 of the Masters Decathlon. The day didn’t go like I wanted but I made it through all five events. Unto Day 2!

College Make T&F athletes - you got 13 year olds running 49’s and 16 year old running 45’s………you better get busy……

@charchristtrack It’s all about money and football period. Everything else is an afterthought at best……

@ifisme @coach_cage Very very few get fulls. The bulk of those are international. 50% is a big number in T&F.
