I day trade but I make most of my bacon selling options. Why? Because I find it 100x easier to predict where the price will NOT be at a point in time + with options, you don't even need to predict if the price will go up or down, as long as it doesn't reach your strike. EZ!

Update on @BitopexIO I exited their vaults today because, as I feared, bearish conditions makes them less profitable (see quoted tweet as an example, but I mentioned this several times before). I still recommend them because it's a great way to earn yield passively on your stablecoins. The vaults are still very much profitable. The reason I exited is simply because after being out-traded by the vault for a bigger part of a year, I finally make more in my own trades héhéhé So it's not a warning or anything. Although the 60%+ ROI advertised is before fees; the net ROI is closer to half that, at the moment. The withdrawal was instant and I keep my money on Bitopex for my own trading. I still enjoy the platform. I'm a (relatively) long time user and not going anywhere. So yeah! This message is for transparency more than anything. Selling naked $ETH puts this week: Strike: $1.7K (20% lower than current price) Expiry: March 20 Again, selling puts in a bear market is dumb, but: - Weekly AND daily trend is up - March is a likely bounce month (so far ok but could deliver more) - It pays more than selling calls I do have a main worry: see arrow in chart. If I was trading other people's money I would not take that trade; too risky. I will be monitoring closely this week for sure! I trade options on @BitopexIO @SynqXYZ @DeribitOfficial
