@BloodborneSucks @Thtrandomsquirl @lightskinssj @Navy_Gravy_ 100%. Every weapon is really different so you won't like them all. I'm not big on Gunlance personally. But every Weapon is worth trying at least once. They usually offer something unique.

Dont do anything irreversible As long as there’s monsters, the world needs monster hunters

@Thtrandomsquirl @Navy_Gravy_ If you can get past how slow it is, it was noticeably faster in Wilds during the beta, it's a really fun weapon. Meaty attacks.

@BlairIsAMoth @Navy_Gravy_ Ooooh yeah, I remember doing that once or twice on Charge Blade, when I came back to it after a while on bow in World. Didn’t know Greatsword can tho…..might have to give that big ol hunk a steel a try

@Thtrandomsquirl @Navy_Gravy_ Yes, it depends on the weapon. Great Sword, Sword and Shield, Lance, Gun Lance, Charge Blade, and Heavy Bowgun can block attacks. I'm probably missing one. Also Bowgun may not be able to Clash, I didn't get to try it.

@Thtrandomsquirl @Navy_Gravy_ For the first time you have to block them the 4 times and then block a certain attack. After that it's like 20-something and then you can Clash.

@Thtrandomsquirl @Navy_Gravy_ There's a new Clash System, when you block Monster attacks you can clash with them. You stab them in the mouth and can get a knock down. This one is Great Sword.
