@flora_peyvandi @CoagScientist The risk of platelet alloimmunization has led us to typically start with rFVIIa for bleeding and prophy and move to platelets if necessary. Prophy rFVIIa can be given at home vs. platelets that require coming to the clinic (= less missed school/work)
