An interesting phenomenon is playing out here. I saw this launch the other day with crazy buzz. Everyone was talking about it. Then the reviews come in, and it turns out it’s super basic. Doesn’t fill the role of CMO at all. How does a product like this get such attention when it so clearly misses the goal it was trying to achieve? Legit want to understand this.
