See how they are running: The NAF sighted ISWAP members attempting to bury their fighters killed in the airstrikes, which left about 30 insurgents dead.

Islam permits the public and private expression of joy; however, such expressions must be guided by decorum, simplicity, and modesty. Any form of dancing that is accompanied by music generally regarded as prohibited is impermissible (ḥarām) for a Muslim, whether done openly or in private. When such acts are displayed publicly, even between spouses, it may fall into what is blameworthy (fasād) and inconsistent with the dignity expected of a believer.
While it is necessary to caution commentators regarding the case of Shaykh Jamiu Ajadi Ami Olohun, so that people do not fall into the grave sins of slander (buhtān) and backbiting (ghībah), it is equally important to state with clarity that his action in the circulating public video, where he is seen dancing with a woman believed to be his wife to a form of music widely considered impermissible, does not represent the best of Islamic conduct and should not be taken as a model in that regard.
Nevertheless, it must be remembered that he is a human being, and like all humans, he is not free from error. Such a mistake does not invalidate his scholarship, nor does it justify subjecting him to ridicule, insult, or cyberbullying. Islam calls for justice and balance: neither blind defence nor excessive condemnation.
Our duty as Muslims is to correct with wisdom, preserve the honour of individuals, and ensure that truth is made clear so that others are not misled. In doing so, we uphold both the sanctity of the Sharīʿah and the dignity of the Muslim community.

@kenkenlewu Is content creation so demanding that she couldn't combine it with her teaching job?
English

My friend resigned from her teaching job, where she earned ₦60,000 monthly, plus ₦35,000 from lesson intakes.
When she told me she was leaving, I asked, “What do you plan to do next?”
She simply said, “I’ll find something.”
Not long after, I noticed she had switched from an Android phone to an iPhone.
“Babe, you changed your phone?” I asked.
“I want to start content creation on TikTok,” she replied.
From that moment on, every day was filled with dancing videos and twerking.
Eventually, she met a guy on TikTok. They started seeing each other, and everything seemed fine.
Then, last night, she told me she was pregnant.
When she informed the guy… he blocked her.

My name is Abdul Wahab. I am pleading with my Football Twitter (FT) family and everyone on this app to please RT. I am on the verge of losing a life-changing opportunity simply because of where I come from, and I have worked too hard to bottle it now.
I grew up in extreme poverty in a small village called Kwabenantene in the Ahafo Region. I am the very first person in my family and my entire village to ever get a university education. My path was never easy. To survive undergrad, I literally had to drop out of classes mid-semester, pack my bags, and go back home to do heavy construction work just to raise enough money to survive the next term. I was laying bricks to pay for my textbooks. Despite having zero financial safety net, I poured my blood and sweat into my studies and graduated with First-Class Honours in Economics, ranking in the top 1% of my entire cohort of 435 students. But I didn’t just want to succeed alone; I went back to my village, gathered the youth, and started teaching and mentoring them. Because of that work, two students from my locality have now successfully made it into university too. I want to lift my people up.
All this hard work finally paid off: I just received admission into the highly prestigious, integrated Masters/Ph.D. Economics program at Goethe University Frankfurt (GSEFM) in Germany! My tuition is officially 100% waived. However, I am facing a massive roadblock. Because the program is so competitive, I wasn't put directly into the fully-funded Ph.D. cohort right away. Instead, I was admitted to the MSQ track for Year 1. I will take the exact same rigorous classes alongside the Ph.D. students, and if I pass my Year 1 qualifying exams, I transition directly into the fully-funded Ph.D.
I know I will pass those exams. The academics don't scare me. The finances do. My only problem right now is getting funding to cover my Year 1 living expenses in Frankfurt. If I can just survive these first 12 months, the Ph.D. funding takes over and my future is secured.
To my FT family: you guys know my grind and my loyalty. If I get this lifeline, I promise I will proudly represent FT in every academic hall, conference, and research room I ever step into. I just need a chance to be in the room. I cannot let a lack of living expenses kill a dream I built with my bare hands.
If you know of any scholarships, foundations, philanthropists, or anyone who can sponsor a village boy for just one year, PLEASE tag them or reach out. Please RT this until it reaches the right timeline. Let’s make this happen! 🌍📚🙏🏾

Many Nigerian young men are losing it.
This will bite in 10 years
Ask anyone who is hiring or who has a business that hires, Nigerian young women are the most cracked these days
Put out a Job opening and in 5 hours its 80% women applying and 20% men applying
The young men in Nigeria think they can ignore the build process into a GLE, GLK life sustainably.
I guess all the "women are the spark" "Feminine Power" seminars from 15 - 20 years ago is beginning to pay off because the focus young women bring to the table these days is exceptional
Yes there are still many young men thriving and striving to build but the percentage that's pushing for fast money is alarming.
- Young man finishes university. Refuses to start a job because "how long 150k salary go buy GLE"
- Young man shuns entry level experience and starts doing betting or fraud or "Forex"
- Young girl starts working after university regardless
- 10 years later, One has 10 solid years experience and can lead in the industry while the other is still GLEing

Trump put out post saying Israel was prohibited from bombing Lebanon. They had already agreed to a ceasefire and he was trying to look tough, as if he ordered it.
Then his boss, @marklevinshow complained because, of course, Israel is not going to abide by any ceasefire. Now, US officials have walked back Trump's statement apologetically and bow slavishly before Israel's war machine.
They say Israel has a right to continue bombing defensively. Hilarious. What does that mean? It means obviously they'll continue bombing. In other words, "Shut up, Donald! Who do you think you are? Kneel to Israel!"
And, of course, he did.

Hijab-wearing doesn't make one a criminal, and unless I am mistaken JAMB hasn't mandated a no hijab policy for anyone who wants to take JAMB, so denying someone entry into a JAMB CBT centre because they are wearing a hijab reeks of discrimination.
With or without the hijab, malpractices will still happen if the centre isn't well supervised, so that is no justifiable excuse.
And if for any reason candidates aren't allowed to wear hijab or any headcovering, it should be stated before registration to avoid putting them in an uncomfortable situation.
Search all candidates and accord everyone the same respect.
