Boom 💥 What will Alberta/Canada do? Continue to offer citizens the "choice" (cough @ABDanielleSmith) to possibly injure or kill themselves and or their kids on the taxpayer's dime? Serious question.

This is the best news we've had in a long time. Perhaps with his work, we'll all eventually get justice for what happened through covid. It's pretty sad that Albertans/Canadians have to rely on the new Trump admin to hopefully hold those that were in power accountable.

@ABDanielleSmith Why don't you get ahead of this and end the shots in Alberta before the truth comes out, because you know it and so do many, many Albertans?

Did you know Canada is the 7th top contributor to the corrupt World Health Organization? None of the federal leaders will commit to pulling us out like President Trump did, including Poilievre. Why? Is this a good use of your tax dollars Canada?

⚠️ What will you do now Premier Smith? It's going to be interesting to see if the COVID 19 Pandemic response report makes news headlines in Alberta this week. Back in late 2022, when I was extremely vocal about AHS' attempts to suppress the vaccine data, I actually had an hour-long Zoom call with Danielle Smith and one of her staff. During that call, she asked me my thoughts on the idea of a COVID review pannel. I told her the idea would not be popular amongst her own party because the findings would certainly be damning, and some of the people responsible for the bad decisions were still MLAs in her caucus and still senior bureaucrats in government. At that time, I could also feel a certain COVID fatigue amongst the populace. Many just wanted to move on. Note: Her options would have been straight forward if COVID had all happened under an NDP government. I suggested that one way to distance herself from the findings was to formally justify the review as "good governance". Every incident should be reviewed for lessons learned, and COVID was no different. This is something we do in the engineering world, even when a project is highly successful. We want to learn what worked, what didn't, and what we can do differently next time. I remember her asking me very specifically "What happens if the panel finds people were negligent? " I told her, "Then you turn the evidence over to the cops and let them investigate." (naive, I know) A few months later I actually had a coffee meeting with Dr. Gary Davidson in Airdrie, so she took some of my advice. Unfortunately, the panel's mandate was not made public enough, and didn't include subpoena powers (but that's a different issue). So here we are, nearly 2 years later. The panel has found that UCP politicians, senior bureaucrats, professional colleges, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and more, were all negligent, even malfeasant. So what should Danielle do? What do you want to see?

1/2 @ABDanielleSmith released this report on a Fri evening. Typical of gov't when its bad news for them. Irreparable harm has been done to Albertans by their gov't (a UCP one at that), and this sat on her desk for months while they paid for ads for the shot with our tax dollars.
Martyupnorth®- Unacceptable Fact Checker@Martyupnorth

The fact that this report came out on Friday evening, after sitting on the Premier's desk for the last 5 months, is not lost on us. There's no good news in here for Smith. 1) AHS is not cooperating. 2) The government is not sharing the data or being transparent 3) Alberta got bad advice from Ottawa. 4) The vaccines have hurt thousands of Albertans, who were not AT RISK TO START WITH. 5) mandates, like closing schools, has caused irreparable harm to a generation of young Albertans 6) Our life expectancy is dropping 7) The economy was hurt for nothing. 8) The pandemic plan was ignored 9) The college of surgeons is unethical and in conflict of interest. 10) Doctors and nurses were negligent. 11) The government coerced us with lies. 12) Government mandates were illegal. 13) Victims have not been compensated. 14) The government withheld important information, and often outright lied. There's enough evidence between this report, the Manning report and the national citizens inquiry to warrant a full-blow commission, with the ability to subpoena evidence and lay charges. Someone needs to be held accountable.

We have a very big problem folks. If I didn't know any better I would think that our government is trying to pull a fast one on us. They've removed important rights, freedoms and protections from the proposed amended Alberta Bill of Rights and even worse, they've added a clause that mirrors section one of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I have been through, and continue to be involved in the judicial process and I can tell you from experience, with certainty, that section one of the Charter is EXACTLY why the Constitution did not protect us through the covid debacle. Every Charter challenge or Constitution challenge has failed or been struck due to section one, as far as I know. We have an Alberta Bill of Rights at the moment that does not specifically offer the protections we would have needed to keep our rights during the "pandemic," and it does NOT contain wording like section one. The proposed Amended Alberta Bill of Rights that was presented to government also did NOT have that wording but what the Government has tabled for debate DOES include it. Why? Why does the current government feel the need to add a clause to the Alberta Bill of Rights that gives them leave to set aside our rights if they feel it's "justified? " we saw this happen hundreds of times as people went to court for masks, feeding people pizza, having dinner at their mother's house, holding church service etc. We watched Sheila Lewis perish because of her choice over what vaccinations she would accept. We were not protected, by anything! If section one had not been in the Charter we would have had very, very different outcomes in court. That's what this proposed Alberta bill of rights is all about. Protecting YOU from the government. In an unfortunate turn of events the government, (or more accurately their lawyers!) is now trying to pull a fast one on you and install protections for GOVERNMENT into our Bill of rights! We cannot allow this to happen. We need every single advocacy group in the province working together to fix this. APP, TBA, 1905, Alberta First, JCCF, Rebel, all the freedom groups, political parties- EVERYONE. if there's ever been a reason to set aside our differences for common cause it's NOW. We can argue about the rest later. The Premier sent out an email pretending to ask you if you want more rights, yes or no were the only option. They should have been a third critically important option- yes, we support a bill of rights that protects the PEOPLE, and does NOT add protection for government. I will be returning to Alberta ASAP in order to vote at the UCP AGM. Here is my criteria for the leadership vote, I will not wait until after the AGM when Bill 24 goes back for debate. If Premier Smith refuses to be the Champion for Albertans rights that we KNOW SHE CAN BE, if she allows government lawyers to ruin our Bill of Rights with a section one clause, I will be voting AGAINST her in the leadership review this weekend. This may come as a surprise to you since most of you know that i have tremendous respect for Danielle and have been mostly supportive, but that's how important this issue is. It is a make or break for me as it should be for ALL Albertans. If Danielle announces that she will make sure that the section one wording will not be present in the Bill once it returns to the house next week, I will be voting in SUPPORT of her as leader of the party. In my school of hard knocks educated experience this is the MOST important issue right now and we cannot lose on this front. Please, let's unite on this one. Please, share this with EVERYONE you can think of. Let's take a step to making this the most free and prosperous province in the country! - Chris PS- Wouldn't you love to know exactly WHO within government decided it would be a good idea to insert a government protecting clause into the PEOPLE'S Bill of rights? I sure would like to know. Do the right thing, Danielle. facebook.com/share/p/14ewEY…

Once you understand this everything in relation to the covid vaccine roll out especially the coercion and mandates will start to make sense
KanekoaTheGreat@KanekoaTheGreat

.@DrAseemMalhotra tells @JoeRogan that pharmaceutical companies operate as clinically defined psychopaths, and the drug industry paid over $33 billion in criminal fines and has had an overall negative benefit on society: "Dr. Robert Hare is a forensic psychologist behind the original DSM criteria for psychopathy, and he says as these legal entities conduct their business actually fulfill the criteria for a psychopath. Callous unconcern for the feelings of others. Incapacity to experience guilt. Deceitfulness. Conning others for profit. Between 2003 and 2016, most of the top 10 drug companies paid fines totaling about $33 billion for illegal marketing of drugs, hiding data on harms, and manipulation of results, and when those crimes are committed, in most cases, they make more profit from sales of the drugs than the fines."

CALLS FOR INVESTIGATION GROW: “723 days of pre-trial is a travesty of justice — there has to be a full inquiry into these prosecutions,” says Lysak’s friend, calling for an investigation after Chris Lysak’s and Jerry Morin’s charges of conspiracy to commit murder on RCMP have been dropped in a plea deal. The 2 men are expected to be released from Lethbridge remand today after 723 days in remand. The pre-trial for the other 2 have been adjourned to February 20. More details to follow on the plea deal once the information becomes available. @MediaBezirgan
