@CABmicrobe I was supposed to be in holidays this week but really cannot have made best use of my free time than attending (partially) this meeting w/ @ange_cibrian. It was outstanding in many ways. You all are a bunch of raising (always) stars that light up microbial ecology.

The first Connections Across Borders Microbiome Conference @CABmicrobe was phenomenal! So many inspiring researchers and ideas. And the the food was unbeatable in Mexico City!

Thank you so much to all the participants @CABmicrobe I was so impressed with the amazing science and so humbled by the kindness of all the people. I love this community and would love to continue building connections across borders!
