So proud of our HP Mathletes! We competed in the TMSCA Qualifier meet on Saturday and made 1st place Sweepstakes (across all tests) and 1st place Number Sense and Math Team awards. We had 18 students qualify to compete at the TX State meet in April. #RaiderPride

My 6th grade students used their math skills to create a successful business. Each small group had roles (CEO, CFO, VP Sales, VP Marketing) and took a single day of selling to project the profit/loss based on their yearly expenses and projected sales.
